Meet The Team

David, Director of Operations 

David joins our team coming from over 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Previously serving as a CFO, he has significant experience in developing and maintaining banking relationships, cost accounting, and financial performance improvements. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years within a construction-focused family business. He learned every role from entry-level operations, COO, and developing skills both with plant floor operations and inner-office functions. These skills and knowledge base bring a unique perspective to the dental industry.

David lives in Myerstown with his wife, Kayla, and daughter, Lily. He enjoys traveling annually to Disney World as a Disney Vacation Club member. He recently had his first daughter in October of 2018, so he is now especially excited about the additional memories that will be made in the coming years. He also enjoys watching movies, being a “foodie”, spending time with his two Shichon dogs, and hosting gatherings with friends.

Adrienne, Director of Marketing

Adrienne brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and business development to Mor Smiles. She has a diverse background which includes dentistry, healthcare, and banking. Adrienne works to create purposeful relationships and is driven to make a difference in people’s lives each and every day. She is both creative and passionate in her work and looks forward to assisting Mor Smiles to create further brand recognition. Adrienne is excited to work with such a dedicated team of professionals and cannot wait to meet you at your next visit!

Adrienne volunteers for The Parkesburg Point and also the Women in Business Mentoring Program through the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She currently resides in East Earl with her husband, Brian and their cat, Zima. Their son, Aidan, graduated cum laude from Penn State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a concentration in Economics. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys exercising, reading, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Pam, Accounts Payable Manager/HR Assistant

Pam graduated from the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Dental Assisting program in 2014. She served as our Financial Coordinator in our Ephrata office for about a year and was able to create meaningful relationships with our patients, guide them through their treatment process and help them achieve their dental goals. Her attention to detail and love of numbers made her the perfect choice for our Accounts Payable Manager/HR Assistant. Pam works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the day-to-day bookkeeping is in order for both of our practices. She also works to maintain proper HR legal compliance and support our employees’ experiences across the organization.

In her free time, Pam enjoys hiking, watching documentaries, spending time with family and friends, and visiting her second home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Unless however, it’s football season, then you will find her cheering on her favorite Nittany Lions in Happy Valley! WE ARE…PENN STATE!

Laura, Financial Coordinator

Laura grew up in Lititz, the “Coolest Small Town in America”, and graduated from Warwick High School in 2003. She has worked in dentistry for over ten years and has experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Her decade of experience in the dental field has provided her with an abundant understanding of dental terminology, creating treatment plans, working with insurance providers and educating patients on their financial options. She enjoys working with our patients each day to assist them in not only understanding their treatment recommendations but also maximizing their dental benefits.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys spending as much quality time as possible with her husband, Zach, and their son, Jason. They love to take long walks with their dog, Hunter, and soak in as much fun and sun as possible playing outside. She delights in visiting new restaurants, trying local cuisine and drinking premium wine with her girlfriends! Laura is passionate about life and one of her favorite quotes is, “Live each day as if your life has just begun!”

Brittany, Patient Advocate

Brittany is originally from Savannah, GA, and she will welcome you to Mor Smiles with her quintessential southern charm. She serves as our Patient Advocate so her smiling face will greet you as soon as you enter our practice! Brittany married her best friend and soul mate, Zeppelin, in 2012 and they have three beautiful, intelligent daughters; Kaydence, Madison and Zoe. She has a dog named Oliver, two identical cats named Dixie and Savannah and a little guinea pig named, Marshall. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, listening to live country music, having BBQs and Low Country Boils (she can fill you in on what those are), snowboarding, refinishing furniture and just spending as much time as possible with her family. Brittany also loves St. Patrick’s Day and most people aren’t aware that Savannah puts on quite a show for the shamrock clad holiday. At over 200 years old, Savannah’s St. Patrick’s celebration is one of the largest in the country, second only to New York City. Irish roots run deep in Savannah, as well as in the rest of the state of Georgia.

Elaina, Treatment Coordinator

Elaina was a welcome addition to our front office team in February of 2019. Her infectious smile will greet you at the front desk and you can rest assured that she will provide you with compassion and respect. She works diligently to support our team and is committed to helping patients understand their specific dental needs, assisting them with proper treatment planning to ultimately attain the smiles they desire.

Elaina was born and raised in southern Lancaster County and is a 2017 graduate of Solanco High School—go Golden Mules! She is currently completing her general education coursework through Harrisburg Area Community College and she will be applying to hygiene school very soon. She looks forward to pursuing a lifelong career in dentistry, making a difference in people’s lives and smiles.

In her free time, Elaina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves being outside, swimming and playing with her puppy, Willow. She is obsessed with anything ice hockey and is an avid fan of the Washington Capitals and Hershey Bears.

Alina, Recare Coordinator

Alina joined our team in June 2019 and serves as our Recare Coordinator.  You will most likely have the opportunity to speak with Alina when you call our office and certainly when you visit as well.  Her pleasant, calm demeanor will put you at ease. She loves interacting with our patients and helping them understand their specific dental needs to determine the best ways to find long term, affordable solutions to create beautiful, healthy smiles.

Alina was born in Ukraine and moved to America with her family in 1993.  They settled in the New Holland area and she graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2009. Alina has been studying social psychology/science at Penn State University, Berks Campus.  She previously worked as a medical biller for several small businesses before she came to Mor Smiles.

When she isn’t in the office, Alina enjoys spending time outside playing sports such as tennis and volleyball.  She also loves working out at the gym, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, working on house projects, visiting museums, and spending time with her American Pitbull, Hugo Domis.

Amy, Dental Hygienist

Amy is a 2011 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. After graduation, she headed to Williamsport, PA, to pursue her credentials as a Registered Dental Hygienist. As a child, she always enjoyed her trips to the dentist and orthodontist office. Having orthodontic needs herself, she appreciates the value of what a beautiful smile can do for a person’s self-confidence. After shadowing a dental hygienist in high school, she knew the dental field was where she wanted to be.

Amy enjoys assisting people to alleviate their fear and anxiety of going to the dentist and helping them understand the importance of attending their routine checkups. She loves working with patients of all ages, meeting new people, building rapport and cultivating meaningful relationships. She feels Mor Smiles is a great fit for her because the practice is committed to providing the very best patient experiences and she has so much fun working with her crazy team members.

In her spare time, she loves hiking at Blue Marsh Lake with her dog, Tucker, and spending time with her family. Her love for dogs has inspired her to one day achieve her Service Dog Certification. She believes that dogs are a great stress reliever for all of us, especially patients. In the summer, you’ll find Amy enjoying long weekend getaways to the beach spending every minute possible in the sand soaking up the sun.

Melissa, Dental Hygienist

Melissa is one of our dedicated hygienists and provides thorough, compassionate care to all of our patients. She graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2013 and then attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2016 to acquire her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Melissa’s childhood hygienist, who served as her mentor, was the reason she opted to pursue a career in dentistry. She enjoys caring for and educating her patients, so they understand the overall connection between oral and systemic health.

Melissa is proud to call Lititz home and enjoys the plethora of shops and restaurants available downtown and thoroughly enjoys the charm Lititz offers to its residents and visitors alike. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, attending concerts, taking beach trips and cheering for the E-A-G-L-E-S!

Alyssa, Dental Hygienist

Alyssa is a 2011 graduate of  Cedar Crest High School. She attended Harrisburg Area Community College and received her Dental Hygiene Associate in Science degree in 2019.  As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Alyssa enjoys creating meaningful relationships with her patients and providing them with the proper education to support healthy smiles.  

She previously worked as a veterinary technician and had a fascination with completing dental exams and cleanings for her four-legged patients. She enjoyed this aspect of her job so much that she decided that a full-time career in dentistry was the perfect fit. 

Alyssa has a cat, named Oakley and a dog named Marlo.  She enjoys nature and travels to the mountains as much as possible.  She loves to hike the trails with Marlo, set up camp for leisurely evenings by the fire and kayak in numerous spots in the area like Speedwell Lake.  She and her boyfriend, Ehren, enjoy biking on the rail trail, tubing down the creek in the summer months and of course, spending time at the beach to soak in the sun. Alyssa does like to spend time with family and friends, and they enjoy finding new microbreweries to visit whenever they have an opportunity.   When at home, she is an avid DIY project enthusiast and has completed all sorts of projects including a table and a bed frame and she has also refurbished several dressers and kitchen chairs. 

Kathy, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Kathy started her life long career in dentistry in 1993 and served as a certified dental assistant. She did take an opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for several years and then returned to dentistry in 2013. She then pursued and obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license from the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Kathy chose the dental field because she is passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives, one smile at a time. She is compassionate and gentle and works to ensure that all patients have positive, comfortable experiences.

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband since they are now “empty nesters.” They love to go kayaking, to enjoy trying craft beers at local microbreweries and to go out for dinner on date nights. Their oldest child serves in the National Guard, their middle child is a senior at Cortland State University studying Business and their youngest is a freshman at Bloomsburg University.

Hannah, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Hannah was born and raised in Lititz and is a 2013 graduate of Warwick High School. After graduation, she pursued her Dental Assistant Accreditation at York Technical Institute (YTI) and returned to YTI to pursue and obtain her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license in 2019.

Hannah brings a smile to work each and every day and is passionate about helping her patients achieve the greatest experience possible. She claims her interest in the dental field began while completing a middle school project on dentistry. She always enjoyed visiting the dentist as a child and leaving with a fresh, clean smile. Working at Mor Smiles has allowed her to meet new people and she enjoys working with the entire team. She is determined to help patients improve their smiles and overcome any dental anxieties they might have.

When not in the office, Hannah loves to spend as much time as possible with her husband, Colton. They enjoy hiking, exploring the outdoors and just being together. She’s also a huge country music enthusiast and attends concerts whenever she can. As long as she’s spending time with her family and friends, she’s smiling. Her ideal meal consists of pizza and ice cream and her favorite television show is Grey’s Anatomy.

Tischa, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Tischa is a 2013 graduate of Twin Valley High School—go RAIDERS!  She then pursued and obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license in 2017 from Harcum College.  Tischa decided to work in the dental field because she enjoys helping people restore their smiles and confidence.  She has helped to transform not only smiles, but knows that she has helped transform lives. This gives Tischa the satisfaction of knowing that she is making a difference in the lives of others every single day.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her boyfriend, Dylan, and her entire family.  She loves putting her toes in the sand and surf whenever she can at the beach and is also a self-described “foodie.” Tischa appreciates the plethora of fabulous restaurants in Lancaster County and you will find her out and about most weekends sampling new dishes and libations. 

Ashley, Registered Nurse, BSN

Ashley is a registered nurse with her BSN and certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). The AAFE is a multidisciplinary professional healthcare organization whose mission is teaching the best non-surgical and non-invasive facial injectable techniques to healthcare professionals worldwide.

Ashley graduated from Thomas Jefferson University’s School of Nursing and began her career working on a neurological intensive care unit at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. After relocating to Lancaster County she continued to work as an RN at an ambulatory surgery center in the OR and post-anesthesia care unit.

Ashley realized many years ago the importance of good skincare and injectables/neuromodulators to prevent the signs of aging. Her goal as an injector is to enhance her patients’ natural beauty leaving them feeling refreshed and confident.

Ashley resides in Lititz with her husband, Sean, and three children (Mia, Charlotte, and Conor). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, cooking, wine education, traveling and checking out new restaurants. She is also a huge animal lover!
